What kind of chores do your kids have? What consequences if they don’t complete them or make a huge fuss about completing them?

it is such a headache for me! they will get started and then something distracts them and I have to keep reminding them, and/or track them down. sometimes I get sidetracked too, and forget they are supposed to be doing their chores instead playing vid. games or something.

she says that she will never make her kids do chores that it is a womens job and the kids job is to get good grades in school. what do you think. plus we pay our kids 50-75 dollars a week to get good grades?

I read in our local newspaper a few weeks ago that Disney added an area to their site for kids that track what chores they do, gives them points for each completed, and when a parent verifies that the child did the chore, the child gets an online incentive. (I think it was similar to the Webkinz, where the child would get Disney cash for their pet).
Problem is I threw the address away, and can’t find it through a web search. Please help me find it, I’d really appreciate it!
