I have been working just 2 to 3 days a week, now I’m going to work 5 days a week, I have a family and several pets, how do people do it, and get everything done?

Yeah, so you simply work a week. That’s just the way thing are

Come up with a schedule to follow in the evenings. At my house, I cook dinner while the kids are at the table doing their homework so we are together and two things are getting done at once. Take advantage of your days off for getting things done that take a lot of time like laundry and scrubbing the bathroom. Enlist your husband’s help with bed and bath times. Most importantly, don’t freak out if everything doesn’t get done. Enjoy your time at home with your kids.

For chores have the kids and hubby/boyfriend if you have one pitch in and help.
While kids do homework you fix dinner. While kids are getting a bath for school you can run the vacuum.
After homework kids can feed and water inside pets, if they are older they can feed and water outside pets. They can pick up their own toys, put away their own cloths, they can bring dirty cloths from the bathroom to the laundry room.
Chore charts also help. Give each child 1 or 2 chores that they are responsible for everyday this makes it easier on you.
Don’t think everything has to be done in one day. Set a side a day of the week for deep cleaning. In our house it’s Saturday morning. Everyone over 2 has to pitch in and do something. My kids have cleaned just about everything in our house at one point or another.
