you sound quite intelligent and not over confident as you’re wondering about i, I think it’s possible to be over confident though, I’ve seen it in people and myself, you can stick to an idea and find out you’re wrong afterwards, happens sometimes

i was gona say arrogance! yea arrogance is totally another thing. well when i used to take karate, they would teach confidence, and i first i was a little intimidated at how in ur face they were acting. i mean it wasnt on purpose, but the whole shake ur hand always look into ur eyes thing was a little uncomfortable, when my confidence grew i came to ignore it. so i would say that u have to mix a little bit of an easy going nature with ur confidence that will put shyer people at ease.

Too much confidence appears as arrogance. Arrogance belies a person’s lack of self-esteem. [I always wonder if the arrogant person is trying harder to impress me or himself.]
